I know I've been MIA over the last few months - to be honest, the blog was put on the "back burner" over the summer - just too much going on.  I hope to get a bi-monthly cadence back, especially over the holiday season.  I have delved into a new crafting obsession - sewing!

I have a friend that is having a little girl in a few weeks and wanted to make something special for her.  She is not into the traditional "baby girl" decor so I wanted to pick some fabric that is bold but still girly.  I made 3 burp cloths and backed them with terrycloth material, the changing pad uses the coral fabric and is backed with a cute vinyl cloth. I also made a coordinating fabric bin that not only holds the gifts but is functional as well.
